One out of three exterior faucets stopped working
I live in Atlanta Georgia. My home has three external faucets. It typically does not get cold. However during January it did get colder than normal and I wrapped all of my faucets. Today I noticed that one of the faucet does not provide any water when I turn it on. I checked my basement and it only has 1 valve to turn off external water supply. Since two other faucets work fine I am trying to figure why why one of the faucet is not working. Hoping I can get some troubleshooting tips before I call a plumber.
