Silent Hill f Is Now Available for Preorder

Silent Hill f is set to release on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on September 25 – unless you get the pricier deluxe edition, which arrives on September 23. The game takes place in 1960s Japan, where it will present players with “a beautiful yet terrifying choice.” In the trailer, we see hero Shimizu Hinako encounter the franchise’s famous fog, along with various terrors, as they descend upon the town. What is Silent Hill f?

Silent Hill f is a new installment in the long-running franchise that’s set in 1960s Japan, making it a good place for newcomers to the series to jump in. However, it’s not for the faint of heart: it contains gruesome scenes of violence and gore that won’t be appreciated by everyone. If you’re not a horror person, or you’re squeamish when you see platters of entrails, for instance, you may want to steer clear of this one.
