Water seeping thru outside walls
Noticed water seeping thru the walls in my backyard, then noticed the p-trap leaking under kitchen sink. Not sure how long it's been. I can fix the p-trap, the gasket is damaged I believe, but not sure about the damage that's been done. Is this very serious?
