BloodLoop is now live on PC, arriving exclusively through the Epic Games Store with its early access launch and a $15,000 (~£11,850) play-to-airdrop tournament.

Developed by Swiss studio Ragnarok Games, this free-to-play 5v5 hero shooter hurls players into a futuristic landscape, where three factions have traded planetary war for virtual combat in the BloodLoop arena.

How BloodLoop Balances Web3 and Traditional Esports

The game kicks off with a seasonal leaderboard tournament. Entry cost is $9.99 (~£7.89), payable in $BLS (the game’s native tokens).

75% of every sale will boost the prize pool, which starts at $15,000 (£11,850) and could surge toward $130,000 (£102,700) if as many as 15,000 players join the tournament.

Real-time MMR rankings ensure top performers claim rewards. Payouts are extended to the top 20%.

In the game, players will choose from three modes. Team Deathmatch pits two squads of five against each other until one side is wiped out.

Energy War demands tight coordination to seize and defend power nodes, while Free-For-All sees every player compete independently. According to the company, each match highlights one of five distinct champions.

BloodLoop also announced that its blockchain integration is optional, keeping the gameplay separate while offering true digital ownership to Web3 enthusiasts. Gamers can also craft rare resources into exclusive cosmetics and mint Avalanche-backed collectibles like the Artist Print skin.

With bounty missions, dynamic rewards, and new champions slated for future seasons, Ragnarok Games has ensured BloodLoop will evolve well beyond its one-month debut run.
