100 Thieves triumphed over FlyQuest in the Marvel Rivals Invitational NA 2025 grand finals, becoming this year’s regional champions.

The recently unveiled Marvel Rivals team came out on top in the best of seven, winning 4-2 and leaving with the largest share of the $100,000 prize pool.

The grand finals were held on March 23rd, 2025 at 9:30 PM EDT / 6:30 PM PDT.

FlyQuest was able to defeat Sentinels to progress to the grand finals, where they would face off against 100 Thieves once again.

FlyQuest, having already fallen to 100 Thieves in the Swiss rounds on Day 2, faced a rematch in the grand finals against the favourites. Despite a strong performance in the first half, history eventually repeated itself as 100 Thieves came out on top as announced on X.

Marschal ‘Terra’ Weaver, a player for 100 Thieves, said: “We’re feeling really good after that. Like the first three maps, we really weren’t locked in, a lot of people were nervous.

“As a group we’ve all just been here for the first time at a land centre all together or a compound, and it’s an unreal experience that we’ve had, especially in this Marvel Rivals Invitational.”

Here is how the games went down:

  • Game 1: 100 Thieves claims the first victory, winning 2-1 in convoy, Yggrasill Path
  • Game 2: FlyQuest makes a comeback, winning 2-1 in domination, Birnin T’Challa
  • Game 3: FlyQuest takes the lead, winning 1-0 convergence, Hall of Djalia
  • Game 4: 100 Thieves levels the score, winning 2-1 in domination, Hell’s Heaven
  • Game 5: 100 Thieves pulls ahead, winning 3-1 in convoy, Midtown
  • Game 6: 100 Thieves wins the grand finals with a 3-0 victory in convergence, Shin-Shibuya.
  • End result: 4-2 to 100 Thieves.

Terra said: “Next as a team we got two more days in LA, we’re going to just keep grinding and then as soon as we get home, the grind doesn’t stop. We want to be the first dynasty on this game. We have that opportunity, why not bring it?”

These are the end placements and winnings of all teams in Marvel Rivals Invitational NA 2025:

  • 1st ($40,000): 100 Thieves
  • 2nd ($20,00): FlyQuest
  • 3rd ($12,000): Sentinels

Marvel Rivals Invitational NA VS EMEA in the Future

100 Thieves has now become the NA Champions of Marvel Rivals invitational in 2025, sharing the same title as Virtus.pro who won the EMEA region.

Discussions have been held online on whether Marvel Rivals esports scene could see a global invitational where the champions of each region would compete. In such a scenario, talks of 100 Thieves playing against Virtus.pro often came up.

Terra said: ‘Everyone says their own opinions in Twitch chats and all that, like the scores with us and Virtus.pro, everyone doesn’t believe that it’s 50/50, but it’s 50/50 when we’re rotating pings.

“So as I like to say, there’s no like ‘they’re the best team in EU, we’re the best team in NA.’ When we’re all on a fair playing field, that’s when you figure out who the best is.”
