Some of the best LEGO Harry Potter sets are expensive. If you want the coolest possible builds, you're looking at spending more than $100. So any time there's a discount on one of the more popular sets, I feel the need to let everyone know as soon as possible. One such discount is happening right now: Amazon has dropped the price of the Hogwarts Castle and Grounds set as part of its Presidents' Day sale.
If you're looking for a good Harry Potter gift idea, this is one of my top recommendations. With the 20% discount, this is the same price we saw during Black Friday last year.
The Best LEGO Harry Potter Deals at Amazon Today
We built the LEGO Hogwarts Castle and Grounds set when it first came out and called it a "beautiful, compact redition of Harry Potter's home away from home." It's a scale model of the castle and its surrounding area, including: the Main Tower, Astronomy Tower, Great Hall, courtyards, bridges, greenhouses, boathouse, and the Black Lake. There are also smaller details like the Chamber of Secrets and Winged Key room that make the build fun along the way.
With the 20% discount ont this set, you save $45 off the regular price. At $135.95, it's still a fairly expensive purchase, but this is the best price we've seen pretty much anywhere since the set was released last year. That said, there are some less expensive options with similar aesthetics worth checking out if you like this one.

Are There Any New LEGO Harry Potter Sets?
If you already have the Hogwarts Castle set, you'll be happy to know that LEGO is still continuosly releasing new Harry Potter sets fairly consistently. The most recent new LEGO sets to arrive in 2025 included the Hogwarts: Castle Flying lessons, Malfoy Manor, Hagrid and Harry's Motorcycle Ride, and the Diagon Alley Wizarding Shops. These are mostly lower-priced sets, with the exception of the Diagon Ally Wizarding shops, which is $200. It is still a more affordable option than the regular Diagon Alley build, which sits on our list of the most expensive LEGO sets you can buy.
