Shannon Woodward, best known for Dina in The Last of Us, and Elsie in Westworld was Garfield’s first publicly known girlfriend, and the pair dated from 2008 to 2011. They were seen around each other often, with Garfield telling Parade that “Whenever we have time, we’re together,” but as filming for the first installment of The Amazing Spider-Man began, the time they shared dwindled and the relationship completely fizzled out. 

Emma Stone

Newly single, and in a romantic acting role with co-star Emma Stone, there’s no question that there were glimmers of real romance between the two as they filmed the superhero blockbuster. The two of them were caught in the throes of love beginning in 2011. In an interview with MTV News in 2012, Garfield claimed that they “got on really well as people, in between [takes]... we’d just mess around and I felt, ‘Ah, this is different.’”

Rita Ora

Later in 2018, Garfield dated iconic singer Rita Ora, but it seemed that she was the antithesis of his goal for a private relationship, and after spending Christmas together, Garfield ended the relationship after 4 months. 

Aisling Bea

Soon after his split with Rita Ora In 2019, Garfield was seen with his arm around Irish actor Aisling Bea at a performance of Hamilton in West End. The pair seemed to be enjoying themselves but did not walk the red carpet or arrive together.

Garfield was linked to model Alyssa Miller in late 2021, caught holding hands with her in New York City. Phoebe Dynevor

Seen cozying up together in late 2022, Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor and Andrew Garfield met at the GQ Men of the Year Awards and supposedly had an instant connection. Whether their relationship never came to be due to Dynevor's immense social media social following, or a simple difference in personality is unclear. 

Olivia Brower

Olivia Brower, a model signed to the JAG modeling agency was rumored to be in some manner of a relationship with Garfield after he was photographed by The Sun, smiling with his arms around her in early 2024. Sadly, nothing seemed to come of the relationship, as the two have not been spotted together since.

Kate Tomas

Garfield’s newest partner appears to be a far cry from the models and actresses that he has dated in the past. Dr. Kate Tomas is a philosopher with two degrees from Oxford who, according to her website, “teaches a combination of ancient and modern spiritual practices and rituals that engage your entire being, so that you can build a life of liberation and meaning,” 

The pair were spotted in late March on a double date with Bo Burnham and Phoebe Bridgers, and still seem to be going strong. A self-proclaimed professional witch, she’s got Garfield under her spell!

Monica Barbaro 

After Garfield's confirmed breakup with Tomas in October 2024, People revealed that Andrew Garfield has moved on to a new movie star, Monica Barbaro, who recently starred in Timothée Chalamet's popular Bob Dylan biopic, A Complete Unknown.

An insider shared with the outlet that the two have been “low-key” and intentionally keeping things private after recently being spotted in London together this past month. However, representatives for both actors have not responded to requests for comment.

The two were photographed together at the beginning of January at W Magazine's Annual Best Performances Party, and it seems like the rest is history.
