BEAMS PLUS Taps Post O’Alls For Vintage Workwear Capsule
BEAMS PLUS has unveiled a special capsule in collaboration with Japanese label Post O'Alls, a brand founded by Takeshi Ohfuchi in 1993 that focuses on classic workwear-inspired garments.Comprising two styles, including a collared shirt in two colorways and a denim coverall, "The Bends Collection" draws inspiration from industrial uniforms. Offered in a traditional white and navy pinstripe and an indigo cotton chambray fabric, the long-sleeve shirt features a quarter zip-up placket with double-breast pockets and buttoned cuffs. A camp-style collar and clean silver buttons update the style with a clean contemporary feel, and the elastic waistband and double breast pockets serve as functional details.Throughout the collection, the collaborators opt for a classic fit, neither slim nor baggy, honoring the original vintage inspirations it draws from.
