Best way to find where to attach ledger board to house.
Good afternoon guys and gals. What is the best way to find the rim joist or studs to attach a ledger board for a patio cover. Height wise I’d like it right above the siding trim, right above where the left post is located at. Would it be best to find it after cutting the siding for the ledger?
