Concrete lip along basement wall

Any ideas? I'd prefer not to do anything too crazy, like grinding the entire thing down. Worth noting that the 'basement' is at grade on that side (the back of the house), so I'd like to replace that window with a sliding door at some point. submitted by /u/bceagles182 [link] [comments]
