Converting covered porch to potential office, how to seal concrete to foundation from water ingress?
Long story short we are converting our roof covered patio to another room. We have a friend doing the carpentry and it’s not completely finished yet. However one section of the concrete slab has a low spot and pools water when it rains. Unfortunately it’s pooling inside as we haven’t sealed anything up just yet.
