Cutting some 6 panel doors from 80” to 77”. Where should I put the doorknobs?
I’m taking 3 inches off the bottom of the doors. Usually the doorknob goes between the bottom and middle panels on a six-panel door. If I go 36” from the floor I’m worried it will look strange. They say you should trust the eye when it comes to finish work. But ergonomically the knob will be a bit low. What is the best thing to do here? submitted by /u/Brodiggitty [link] [comments]
