Valentino inherited his race number from his father, Graziano Rossi, who used it in the World Championship. In 2022, MotoGP officially retired the number honoring Rossi's indelible contributions to the sport following his retirement. Throughout his career, Rossi has rallied audiences worldwide and put MotoGP on the map for younger generations.Though the exclusive collection is not for track or road use, it presents a notable tribute for riders and fans alike. Rossi and Dainese will donate the first suit of the collection (01/46) to a charitable cause of their choosing.
