Dishwasher Drain Extension?
I installed a new kitchen sink this weekend and the garbage disposal moved from the left to the right of the sink. The dishwater drain tube is about 6” too short to reach the disposal. Is there any harm in just getting a 6” piece of hose, appropriate for drainage and adequate clamps, to connect the end of the drain hose to the disposal? I tried replacing the drain hose at the connection in the dishwasher but it was more involved than what I wanted to tackle.
