Drainage Question
Hey all, my friend’s dad recently had a utility room added to his home and is having moisture issues in the slab that was poured. I see some very big issues in the pictures he sent and unfortunately I can’t think of much besides adding a french drain or sump system. I’ve even considered grading and sloping around the room. The issue is moisture is wicking up extremely fast and it’s bad enough in the room to where the insulation is being waterlogged and falls from the walls and ceiling.
