Enterprise Esports has won VALORANT Challengers 2025 EMEA: Stage 2 by defeating BBL PCIFIC 3-1 in the Grand Final.

Following yesterday’s victory, the Czech and Slovak esports organisation takes second place in the VCT Ascension EMEA Circuit Point Standings with 14 points.

VALORANT Challengers EMEA: Stage 2 was the second cross-regional tournament of the year in the game’s tier-two ecosystem. From May 19th-25th, the online event featured the top 12 teams from most EMEA Challengers sub-regions – NORTH//EAST, Spain, France, DACH and Türkiye.

Teams from MENA will only be represented in Stage 3.

Enterprise Esports advanced to Challengers EMEA Stage 2 after claiming first place in the NORTH//EAST Stage 2 competition. The team was also looking to gain valuable momentum following a disappointing run at EMEA Stage 1, where Enterprise was eliminated in the Group Stage.

Meanwhile, Turkish roster BBL PCIFIC had won the previous Challengers EMEA event as well as all Challengers competitions in its region. On top of that, the roster’s rookie duelist player, Berkcan ‘ComeBack’ Şentürk, had recorded an outstanding year so far.

During the cross-regional Stage 2 tournament, both teams flawlessly completed the single round-robin Group Stage. The two then met in the Playoffs Upper Bracket Final, which saw Enterprise drop to the lower bracket following a 2-1 loss.

After defeating KOI Fénix (3-1), Enterprise had to face its rival again in the best-of-five (BO5) Grand Final. Although BBL secured the first map Pearl (13-9), Enterprise managed to successfully leverage its counter strategy afterwards.

The roster won on Lotus (13-3), Haven (13-7) and Split (13-5) in a pretty dominant fashion.

Former Fnatic player Domagoj ‘Doma’ Fancev posted on social media after his victory: “All things aside after two very rough years it feels SO GOOD to be back on the right path.”

On the Road to VCT Ascension 2025

In June last year, Riot Games announced significant changes to the VALORANT EMEA Challengers ecosystem. The game’s tier-two scene this year consists of three stages leading to the annual Ascension tournament, which grants the winner a one-year spot in the 2026 VCT EMEA league.

With such high stakes, Riot introduced a points system for Challengers. Tier-two teams can now qualify for Ascension via the Circuit Points Standings or by winning Challengers EMEA Stage 3 in September.

As the Stage 2 champions, Enterprise has earned nine additional points for a total of 14 points in the region’s standings. BBL PCIFIC remains at the top with 18 points. German organisation FOKUS ranks third with 11 points.

While Stage 3 may still disrupt the current leaderboard, it is likely that Enterprise will be part of VCT Ascension EMEA this year. BBL’s Challengers team is not allowed to ascend to tier-two as the organisation already has a partner slot in VCT EMEA.
