Help! Green mold?

I recently purchased a new home, and I am in the process of taking down two layers of wallpaper - a superficial peel-and-stick paper, and the flowery one you can see on the left. There is one section that did not have the flowery wallpaper, and had what looked like mold on the wallpaper backing - when I peeled it off, this is what I found underneath.
