Exterior Door Install On Fresh Concrete
I’m in the process of replacing my exterior garage door. The sill was rotten due to water damage. The concrete slab and landscaping did not due the sill any favors. Before installing a new prehung I wanted to build the sill up, fix the spauling and level it. One corner was around a quarter inch lower. I patched the sill using Quikrete Polymer Modified Structural Concrete Repair. My questions are; 1) how long should I let it cure before installing the new door? 2) will the silicone seal stick to the fresh concrete? submitted by /u/rickybobbyp1 [link] [comments]
