Hailey Bieber Celebrates Her $1 Billion Rhode Deal in a Saint Laurent Mini Dress
What does a billion-dollar boss wear to celebrate? Saint Laurent, according to Hailey Bieber.

Hailey Bieber had plenty to celebrate Wednesday night, and the beauty maven did so in true it-girl style. Just hours after news broke that E.l.f. Beauty acquired her nearly three-year-old skincare brand Rhode in a deal valued at $1 billion, the model and entrepreneur stepped out in West Hollywood to celebrate. She kept it classic in a black mini dress.
To toast the milestone, Bieber stepped out in a sleek, satin Saint Laurent mini dress by Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello. The strapless silk design leaned into the quiet luxury trend of previous years, though her billion-dollar deal was anything but subtle in headlines. She finished the look with the brand's Raven satin slingback heels and, naturally (because no Hailey Bieber night out is complete without a pair), her signature sunglasses.
Though she was officially en route an Audemars Piguet event at Alba on Melrose Ave. in Los Angeles, the timing was impeccable. The attention was clearly on Rhode, which has officially transitioned from cult favorite to an even more major player in the beauty space.
"I always had big dreams for the company, and the most important thing to me is to keep bringing Rhode to more spaces, places, and faces globally," Bieber wrote in an Instagram caption announcing the news. "I found a like-minded disruptor with a vision to be a different kind of company that believes in big ideas and innovation in the same way that I do and will help us continue to grow the brand. I feel invigorated."
The beauty founder and model reportedly now claims a net worth of around $1.3 billion.
Bieber’s look, like Rhode itself, struck the perfect balance of modern sophistication and effortless cool. As she continues her role as chief creative officer and head of innovation for the brand post-acquisition, one thing’s for certain—she’s making her perspective clear on how to dress the part of a billion-dollar boss.
