Help cracking/separating grout in shower tile trim pieces

Album here, sorry for the gross shower pics https://imgur.com/a/MvtlXqM These trim pieces are slowly separating, it seems the grout is failing. It has been spreading out from the middle and I'm sure water is getting in there any doing nasty things. Do I need to rip out these trim pieces and re-grout? Is that a feasible day job for someone without tiling experience? Also on the back of the shelf the caulk seems to be separating, can I just add more caulk on top of that or do I need to rip out those tiles too? Thanks submitted by /u/yami_fiesta [link] [comments]
