Skill: Weaken one designated enemy and adjacent targets and decrease their DMG dealt. Additionally, Cipher's ATK is increased for two turns. At the same time, deal Quantum DMG to the enemies. Ultimate: Cipher deals Quantum DMG to a single enemy. Additionally, she will deal a lot of True DMG to the designated enemy and its adjacent targets. The True DMG is based on the stacks recorded by her Talent. Talent: When there is no "Regular Customer" enemy on the field, Cipher immediately applies this status to the enemy with the highest Max HP.
