Hot Water Not Hot Enough
Recently installed an AO Smith commercial grade 50g hot water tank. The upper and lower temperature gauges are set to ~135F, and we live in a condo complex which requires a Caleffi mixing valve installed as well which is set to “Max” (hot). However, the water coming out of the tank is reading at ~110F - is this temperature difference expected? Also, what is the optimal way to adjust the multiple dials to obtain an outflow temp of ~120F?
