Slappi's Den of Fun is a unique celestial body in Revenge of the Savage Planet, which can be pretty tricky to unlock. It's the last of the five planets to unlock, so completing the process is going to take time. Incidentally, this planet is also a secret entity; all other planets are part of the main storyline. If you're not careful, you could easily miss the chance to unlock it.
