How to cut small amount of countertop tile to fit new above counter sink replacement, lowish skill level?
I say low skill as I it pertains to cutting tile in general and tile that is already on the countertop especially. So someone decided I could install a new kitchen sink. We have a tile countertop sitting on top of 3 layers of plywood. Took out the old sink and the new one won't quite fit in do the clamp tabs on the sides. I need to trim just enough tile and the plywood around the tabs so the sink will drop in. I am a fairly good DIYer and I most of my own repairs and replacements but never cut tile already on a countertop. Could it be done with a Dremel? So right now we can't use the kitchen sink till I get it fixed so kind of in a hurry, thanks for any help. submitted by /u/EarthDwellant [link] [comments]
