We've got a few techniques to help you rack up 10,000 XP in a single shift. How to acquire 10,000 XP in a single shift in The Precinct For the Employee of the Day trophy, longer shifts might seem like the safest bet to avoid running out of time. But after testing it myself, I found you can go into overtime and keep completing tasks, providing you with XP even after your shift technically ends. That means you can choose any shift length and free roam, though there's a slight penalty for going into unsanctioned overtime. If you want to skip the penalty altogether, customized shifts are your best option, running up to 24 hours for maximum flexibility.
