If you're exploring the Shattered Veil map, you'll notice a few Blue Rocks scattered around the area. But, unlike many objects, you can't get rid of them with a regular gun. You can get this Wonder Weapon instantly through the Mystery Box. However, if you want a more guaranteed way, you'll have to find the Floppy Disk and Severed Arm. This item sets you on the path to the Ray Gun Mark 2-W variant, turning this weapon into a submachine build.
