By talking to her and selecting Bartering, you can access the following four options: Frostcrag Alchemy Lab: 2,300-2,500 coins Frostcrag Bedroom Area: 1,500-1,700 coins Frostcrag Library Area: 1,500-1,700 coins Frostcrag Vault Area: 1,500-1,700 coins Magetallow Candles boxes: 2,500-3,000 coins The exact price of these upgrades will depend on your disposition with Aurelinwae and Mercantile level.
