How to find Canker’s camp in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
Sometime during your adventures in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you'll be tasked with tracking down a bandit leader named Canker. The problem, though, is that he's holed away in a hidden camp deep in the woods. Here's how to track down the bandit and put an end to his gang. You can unlock the Canker side activity in Kingdom Come 2 after completing the side quest, The Jaunt. After clearing the mission, return to Semine to track down Gules. He asks Henry to track down Canker, kill the bandit, and bring back his club as proof of the deed. Canker is hiding in the woods between Troskowitz and the Nebakov Mill, ambushing people while dressed as a monk. Gules suggests traveling along the road until you get ambushed by his men. Afterward, you can squeeze the info from a survivor. Speak with Gules, and he'll eventually tell you about Canker, one of his former bandit comrades. How to get Canker's camp location from his men
The area of the woods infested with Canker's bandits is east of Semine and north of Nebakov Mill.
If you have the fortress unlocked on the map, fast travel to it to begin your journey as bandit bait. The game suggests that you should travel along the road within the activity's borders. The monk is joined by two other armed bandits who step out from their hiding spots behind the trees. A fourth man fires arrows at you from a distance. It's rough.

The archer is the weaker among the bunch, so focus on keeping him alive until the end.
Do not let Mutt attack the final bandit. He may accidentally kill him, preventing you from getting the info.
Once you have one bandit remaining, fight him until he surrenders. You may need to resort to using your fists if you don't want to kill him by accident. The bandit should stop and beg for mercy after taking enough damage. Grill him on Canker's whereabouts, and he'll eventually squeal. He can tell you about the camp, including how many bandits there are and if Canker is among the rabble.
It's up to you if you want to leave him alive. If you do, he'll run off screaming into the forest.
