How to acquire a larger house in Schedule 1 The first task towards getting a bigger room for your drug empire is to save up enough money. Once you complete the first few quests and make at least three product deliveries, you'll get a call from Uncle Nelson telling you about the need to have more space. Knock on the door, and she will address your needs. She has a bigger room that you can avail for rent, and you'll have to shell out $800. Once you spend the money, go to the upper stairs from the back of the restaurant. As shown on the cover of this guide, this is a significantly bigger room than what you find at the motel. You can comfortably place at least 5-6 growth pods, while placing down other important items of importance like the Packaging Station. This is the first upgrade you can find regarding a house.
