You can purchase them from the GE for around 60,000 to 70,000 gold or from the Giant's Foundry reward shop in Al Kharid if you've finished the Sleeping Giants quest. Alternatively, you can obtain Orange Spice from Recipe for Disaster hell-rats and turn regular stew into Spicy Stew. Drinking this is less consistent than Kovac's Grog but can potentially raise your Smithing level by a whopping five points if you add three Orange Spice. How to boost your Smithing skill in Free-to-play (F2P) If you're a free-to-play player in OSRS, your best bet is to buy Dwarven Stouts from the Grand Exchange or the Rising Sun Inn in Falador. Although Falador Inn is much cheaper, with Dwarven Stouts priced at only three coins, the GE lets you quickly buy them in bulk for around 80 to 85 coins each. How to boost your Smithing skill in OSRS
