The first one I found dropped from a chest. I had opened around 10 chests before I came across one that had this item, so it seems to be a fairly rare asset. It can be found in chests, though, so be sure to open every one you come across to have a shot at acquiring one. I ran into a second Mandalorian Jetpack shortly after sitting on the ground.
