How to get nourishing extract in Monster Hunter Wilds
Before we list the various ways you can get this item, we’ll note that Sekka, the trader in Suja Peaks will give you three nourishing extract in exchange for one wyvernsprout. You can get nourishing extract by defeating “some” large monsters, according to its in-game description. Here are all the other monster fights that list nourishing extract is listed as a reward:
