Rather than acting as the solution, the bolded words hint at the true answer—look at the first word on every sheet. Looking back at the first word on every sheet, we'll learn the next phrase is "Find among the white trees under two stones." Much like the first note, it sounds vague and slightly cryptic at first, especially since the estate's green rooms don't normally follow this pattern.
