Imaan Hammam Exudes Confidence in the New Atelier Victoria’s Secret x Altuzarra Campaign

Victoria’s Secret is stepping into the world of luxury ready-to-wear thanks to its partnership with luxury womenswear brand Altuzarra, revealed the morning of Valentine's Day.

The intimates brand debuted an eleven-piece collection that combines a mix of craftsmanship with both brands' signature sensuality. Joseph Altuzarra, behind the eponymous brand, is known for his modern feminine aesthetic, and he brings this attention to the collaborative collection through careful detail and thoughtfully designed versatility, crafting pieces that are meant to transition from day to night with ease. Items span satin slips, sheer dresses, bodysuits, and '90s workwear-reminiscent separates. Victoria’s Secret also debuted a leopard print version of its Very Sexy Lightly Lined Demi Bra in the collection. Pieces are available to shop now in select stores and online; they range from $95 for a tank top to $500 for an evening coat.

The Atelier Victoria’s Secret x Altuzarra campaign offers a first glimpse into this new line and stars a cast of celebrated models including Devyn Garcia, Blésnya Minher, Paula Soares, and Imaan Hammam, who tells L'OFFICIEL she loves how easy the new collection is to style.

"When styling myself, I try to bring together contrasting elements to make an interesting look—mixing color, texture and silhouettes. I love how the Atelier VS x Altuzarra collection blends delicate and sharp silhouettes in its pieces," she says. "For a night out to dinner, I would style the Very Sexy Geo Daisy Corset with some more tailored elements—like the Tropical Wool Jacket—and throw in a fabric like satin for a sleek skirt moment. I’d play into the feminine corset with a little kitten heel and bold purse and pull it all together with subtle gold jewelry."

Read on for an interview with the model, where she reveals more about her role in the campaign, what excites her about this collaboration, and notes on confidence.

L'OFFICIEL: What excites you most about being part of Victorias Secrets first-ever ready-to-wear collaboration with Joseph Altuzarra?

Imaan Hammam: This collaboration between Victorias Secret and Altuzarra is beyond iconic—bringing together two brands known for their craftmanship and ability to create glamourous styles for women. For me, Victorias Secret is my one-stop-shop for styles for staying in or going out, and this Atelier VS x Altuzarra collection brings its ready-to-wear styles to new heights! Seeing all the looks styled by Emmanuelle Alt on set gave me so much inspiration for styling on my own—especially ways to integrate Very Sexy Bras and Panties into the collection.

L'O: Do you have a favorite piece from the collection? Why is it your favorite?

IH: The new Lightly Lined Low-Cut Demi Bra from Victorias Secrets Very Sexy collection is definitely going to be my latest dressing staple—it’s really a modern bra: comfortable, chic, and nearly invisible under clothes. I also am really excited about the Geo Daisy styles part of the Very Sexy collection—the Balconette bra comes in this amazing limelight green that brings such a great pop of color to layer in with looks.

L'O: As someone who’s been in the industry for a while, how do you see the evolution of brands like Victoria’s Secret embracing more diverse and empowering narratives through their campaigns?

IH: My experience in the industry has been a multifaceted journey and it's so rewarding to be a part of this shift we’ve seen. Working with brands, like Victoria's Secret, that embrace diversity and celebrate women is so incredible—and a reminder of the importance for people to feel seen by brands and their campaigns. It’s cliche, but it really is a "pinch me" moment to work alongside such incredible women to bring this “Very Sexy” campaign to life.

L'O: If you could style one of the pieces from the collection for a night out or a special event, how would you wear it?

IH: When styling myself, I try to bring together contrasting elements to make an interesting look—mixing color, texture and silhouettes. I love how the Atelier VS x Altuzarra collection blends delicate and sharp silhouettes in its pieces. For a night out to dinner, I would style the Very Sexy Geo Daisy Corset with some more tailored elements—like the VS Atelier x Altuzarra Tropical Wool Jacket—and throw in a fabric like satin for a sleek skirt moment. I’d play into the feminine corset with a little kitten heel and bold purse and pull it all together with subtle gold jewelry.

L'O: The campaign is all about celebrating confident, modern women. How does this message resonate with you personally and professionally?

IH: To me, being confident is about standing strong in who you are and what you believe in. My career and personal experience have been filled with self-discovery and finding ways to push myself and the boundaries around me. Through it all, I’ve stayed grounded by remembering to celebrate and uplift the roots of who I am. To be a part of a campaign that celebrates women and allows women to define themselves as they are is so empowering—and I’m so grateful to align my work with my personal values.
