Interior below grade insulation (Canada).
So the foundation wall below grade has vapor barrier directly against foundation, followed by 1" foam board between 1x4 studs. In Nova Scotia, it gets to -20°C here. I don't believe there's any exterior insulation, house from the 90s. There's absolutely no mold on the foam, but looks like there might be on the concrete behind the vapor barrier. Should I redo it and add more insulation? I hear people don't like plastic vapor barrier here due to condensation issues.
