The LEC has renewed its partnership with international hotel chain Marriott Bonvoy.
Previously chosen as the Official Hotel Partner of the 2024 LEC Finals Roadshow, Marriott Bonvoy will be a returning partner for the LEC 2025 Summer Finals in Madrid. Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
The new partnership will see elevated experiences and more exclusive rewards for fans. Registering for a Marriott Bonvoy account will reward users with a free Hextech Chest and Key on your League of Legends account.
Moreover, registering can unlock access to hotels worldwide, including extra services such as free Wi-Fi, exclusive room rates, and reward points for future stays. The reward can be claimed until October 12th, 2025.
While it’s yet to be revealed, the two organisations will also be looking to offer exclusive hotel and experience packages when the Summer Finals take place later in September.
With this partnership, the LEC has strengthend its portfolio for the 2025 season as well. On top of Marriott Bonvoy, the EMEA League counts on the support of energy drink Red Bull, car maker Kia, KitKat, LG UltraGear, and Secretlab.
In last year’s collaboration, the LEC offered a similar loyalty programme with Marriott Bonvoy. Moreover, the hotel chain was featured during the broadcast of the final event, including countdown and break segments before and after matches.
The LEC 2025 Spring Split just concluded last week, with the Spanish team Movistar KOI defeating G2 Esports in the Grand Final with a 3-1 score, having recorded a peak viewership of 509,010 viewers, according to esports data company Esports Charts.
Both teams will now wait for the end of June to fly over to Vancouver, Canada, for the upcoming Mid-Season Invitational, gathering the top two teams from each major region. The winner of the tournament will automatically qualify for the League of Legends World Championship later this year.
