Marvel Rivals’ newest patch doesn’t buff or nerf any heroes, but some old skins are coming back

The latest Marvel Rivals update has been announced, but don't get too excited for any changes to meta-offending heroes or team compositions. This week's upcoming patch for the hero shooter is all about skins! And a couple of bug fixes. But mainly skins, and they're all in celebration of 616 Day (June 16) in honor of Earth-616, which is the Prime Universe in Marvel's multiverse. But the celebration will cost you. The patch marks the return of several limited-time bundles, which were not supposed to come back, only to now return less than six months later for players to purchase once again. Several winter-themed bundles, along with some highly sought-after cyborg skins for Captain America and Hawkeye, will return to the game's shop for a week, along with new Future Foundation skins for Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman. There are a handful of bug fixes in the notes, too, but that's it for the scheduled game changes thus far. Read on down below to see everything coming in the Marvel Rivals June 12 update, which should go live around 9pm CT on Thursday.
