Multiple devices on the same circuit. Any way to split it off?

As the title says, for some reason my house has about 3 rooms on the same circuit breaker. What that means is that anytime I have an appliance in the kitchen and two of the bedrooms have a space heater on, the breaker trips. I turn one appliance off, and then it is fine. Besides that fact that maybe I should not be so dependent on space heaters.... I am also just weirded out about the 3 rooms being on the same breaker. There are other breakers in the 200A box. It should have been separated out originally, but since it isn't, it's up to me to figure out if there is any way I can do it. I obviously dont have an electrical diagram of the house, but have a very good idea of that loads connected to that particular breaker. the question is, is it possible to split off existing connections from one breaker to a different one? And I mean, of course, everything is possible. But the question is how does one go about making it happen? Where in the line would I break off the connection to the different breaker? How can I map the sequence of connections to make sure I am getting the split so that about 2/3 of the usage stays on the current breaker and the other 1/3 is moved to a different breaker? submitted by /u/justthis12 [link] [comments]
