New hinges - need to move screws very slightly - how to fill old holes?

I’m replacing very old hinges with new ones and the screws on the cabinet face are ever so slightly different (maybe 1/8”). They’re too close together to just drill new holes, so I need a way to fill the old holes and be able to drill partially through new wood and partially through the filled in hole. I’m thinking bondo would work for this, but these are small holes and this seems like overkill. Would stuffing a toothpick dipped in wood glue also work? Thanks for any tips. submitted by /u/Tasty_Software_2773 [link] [comments]
