New PGT Window Installation of Fuzzy Weather Stripping Mistakes?
Hello everyone. Thank you in advance for any help. My wife and I are having a home built and we have PGT windows everywhere. The odd thing is the fuzzy weather stripping on the two vertical sides of each window are exposed and show a plastic strip the entire length of the strip. My builder isn't sure if it's correct or not and the installers aren't reliable. Would any of you more experienced folks be able to advise us? Surely, this ugly strip (backing?) isn't supposed to be seen.
