Nike's Super Normal Sneaker Looks Super Good in Light Leather

Nike's Killshot 2, the sportswear brand's most normal sneaker, continues to get fitted up in luxe leather looks, resulting in some of the most stylish editions of the classic model (yeah, I said it). And Nike's latest "Sail" iteration advances the Killshot's crisp leather supremacy.

It's another good day for Killshot fans and on-screen boyfriends obsessed with the super casual Nike sneaker.

Nike has just prepared a new version of its leather Killshot shoe in a solid "Sail/Ashen Slate" colorway, rendering the low-key sneaker high-key stylish.

Here, Nike applied textured leather uppers to the slim, tennis-inspired sequel, a calm update from the usual suede and canvas makes.

The Killshot 2 sneaker is then topped with satisfying off-white shades and grey-ish blue accents, as well as some smoother textures elsewhere.

And that's about it. Plain, simple, done. A neutral classic done

As we speak, the Nike Killshot 2 "Sail" is now available on the sportswear brand's website for a reasonable $100, where it sits next to a few other recent leather gems like those wonderfully elderly "Baroque Brown" pairs.

Last year, Nike also blessed the streets with killer black and white "Phantom"-ish Killshot sneakers, which looked so good that they may as well have been a Travis Scott collaboration (I mean, what the heck...close enough!).

As such, the Nike Killshot 2's low-profile look, retro appeal, and overall approachable design makes it a good kind of basic sneaker.

You could certainly argue that the Killshot 2 is a pretty solid "Samba" alternative for Swoosh devotees, too, especially with the menswear-ish shoe's recent streetwear adoption.

And its recent leather upgrades just makes a classic sneaker that much better.
