Pet headstone

My bunny died this week and I want to make a gravestone for him. I'm willing to put in any amount of time, but I dont have a lot of money to spend. It needs to be able to handle cold winters (-20C). When looking into it many say to mold it with mortar or concrete. I might have soapstone lying around somewhere since my dad was a sculptor.
