Powder Room Remodel

Bought a new build 6 months ago, and I see each room as both desperately boring and an awesome blank canvas. Picture frame molding won’t be flawless if you’re not a carpenter (many of our corners are not perfectly aligned and used caulk to fill gaps) but it adds so much charm to the room. We looked at doing wallpaper on top but ended up being out of our budget and probably out of our skill level right now
