Recessed lights

Ugh walk me through this like I’m 12. I am trying to replacea my canned light with some LED recessed ones but they WILLLLLLL NOT stay up there. Do I have the wrong ones? Am I doing something wrong? I’ll attach pictures of the current lights, the housing unit, and then the box of the new lights. If I need different ones can you drop a link?
