Removing Paint from Stone
Howdy DIYers! My wife and I are slowly remodeling our house. We just started on our living room and are attempting to strip the paint off of the fireplace. We have tried using paint thinner and stripper and scraping with a wire brush with mixed results. The paint that is remaining is really sunk into the stone. I am now thinking of sandblasting the remaining paint out, but wanted to check with all of you first in case anyone else has any other suggestions.
