Removing the fixed top of a double pane window?
I have kinro double pane windows and i need to remove the top pane/sash/ whatever it's called. The bottom is easy, two little clips on the inside you pinch with fingers and it just rotates out. The top though I am not sure. Can the pane be removed without taking out the entire window?
