Sealing (?) a Basement Window
First time home owner so sorry if this is a really basic question but what do I do about this basement window? Do I just buy concrete, slap it on, and try to smooth it out? And maybe repaint the wood later? It has rained since we purchased the house and water doesn't seem to be getting in, but I'd like to address this window sooner rather than later.
