Sewer smell when running water in one bathroom
Hi as the title states when I run either sink or the shower in my upstairs masater bathroom it has started to smell of sewer gas. Other bathroom on the same floor does not have this issue as well as other two bathrooms downstairs. Googling has led me to believe it is a clogged vent but before I figure out how to climb up there I wanted to ask some profesionals. Unfortunatly my house is on a sloped lot with aa walk out basement and the top floor roof has a large grade so it will not be easy to get up there safely. I already asked a plumber I had fix another issue and he declined the work as he didnt want to go up there. It seems like if I can safely get up there the fix it relatively easy as you can just use a long drain cleaner to clear it. submitted by /u/cdubb28 [link] [comments]
