Shed next to fire place exhaust?
I want to build a shed in a space in my yard, but I'm not so sure about it because there's a fire ventilation exhaust nearby. As you can see in the pictures, this is the place where I want to potentially build it, about one foot away. My biggest concern are regulations, I rarely use the fireplace, but I want to ensure I'm building safely in case I need to use it in the future. I really don't think it could become a fire hazard, perhaps the gases expelled from the exhaust are the real concern, and not the heat it generates.
