You'll initially speak to Suika No Bakemono (the one wearing a watermelon), who will tell you about his family's battle against the Makuwauri melon clan. He'll then ask you, "Which is your favorite? The delicious suika, or the mediocre makuwauri?" Suika means "Watermelon" in Japanese, while makuwauri translates to "melon." After selecting both options, I've deduced that it doesn't matter which one you pick, as they both present the same rewards. If you choose 'I prefer the suika,' you'll battle the one with the melon on its head, and vice versa for the makuwauri. Defeat the Makuwauri No Bakemono to unlock the "Melon Lord" title for the suika. Or, take down Suika No Bakemono to give this title to the makuwauri.
